ATS Homekraft Sells 340 Flats on Dwarka Expressway, Gurugram for ?825 Crore

ATS Homekraft, a flagship company of ATS Group, has launched its premium residential project ‘Sanctuary 105’ along the Dwarka Expressway, Gurugram. The first phase, consisting of 334 luxury units, has been completely sold out, generating ?825 crore in sales. The project, spread over 13 acres, received strong demand from end-users, with over 700 expressions of interest. The residential towers have only two apartments per floor, ensuring exclusivity. The project also includes 1.3 lakh sq. ft. of high-street retail space, with construction already underway.

Tejasvi Kapoor, Managing Director of Hunt Property, emphasized the significance of such developments in driving real estate growth in NCR, noting, "ATS Homekraft has perfectly captured the market's demand for affordable luxury housing."

ATS Homekraft is planning to launch more projects in the coming fiscal year to meet the growing housing demand in major cities across India. Mr. Kapoor founder of Hunt Property, attributed the success to the brand value of ATS Homekraft and its attractive pricing.
