COLD EXPOSURE — MY FIRST HIGH
The experience, i have to say, is a tremendous surge. It is like being reborn. It makes you feel Ready like nothing else!
This Habit gained it’s roots one day with me trying to find ways to better my knowledge retention and improve my studies.
In the search for ways and means, i came across something that led to me taking my First Cold Shower.
Here is the Concept Behind That Learning Technique:-
‘If you undergo learning followed immediately by an adrenaline experience or something that gives us a rush. Retention enhances significantly.’
Take this example,
In your normal transit, how often do you remember common cars plying on the road alongside you in traffic?
Anything that remotely brings you out of the ordinary and makes your heart beat faster.
Any memory like that is as clear as day. Be it positive or negative.
Why is it so?
Let me share with you,
It was by researching this which led me to start taking Cold Exposures.
And i have been doing them CONSISTENTLY.
Not because some research said or i found other examples which concurred with it.
But because i found IMMENSE benefits, benefits i did not even imagine when i started.
Cold Shower/Ice Plunge/Cold Exposure is one of the best ways to naturally Enhance Dopamine & believe me, it is WORTH IT.
It is just a 2 min Activity — Providing exponential results.
It is an ideal Atomic Habit — Short duration, Strong Trigger, Long Lasting result.

Dopamine Rush : A 200% to 500% jump. Being natural (unlike drugs) this sustains for hours, without any crash afterwards.
