Further Capacity for Advania

We announced we'll be providing further capacity at our ICE03 site in Akureyri to increase security and provide geographical redundancy for Advania Group ’s clients. Advania is already a long-standing customer at our ICE01 site in Reykjavík. Read the full press release here.

atNorth & NOKIA partnership

We recently selected 诺基亚 7220 IXR D2/D3 interconnect routers for our data center expansion. Integrating Nokia's SR Linux NOS into our operating environment was so easy and is essential to offering our bare metal service.

Nokia also supports our sustainability missions with eco-friendly hardware that helps drive down power consumption and improve total cost of ownership. It’s a great partnership that’s already proving to be a success. Remember, you can watch the video to find out more here.

Eva’s inclusion in #WomenInTech roundups!

Our CFO and deputy CEO, Eva Soley Gudbjornsdottir was included in Tech Round’s 50 Women in Tech as well as Propeller Tech’s 10 "tech-for-good start-ups with women at the helm". In a month that celebrated International Women’s Day, it was fantastic for Eva’s hard work and expertise to be recognised in the industry.

New Sales Director appointment

This month we welcomed several new team members, including new Sales Director for the DACH region and Denmark, Camilla O'Leary. Camilla joins atNorth with over ten years’ experience in the data center and power industry and is a proud member of the iMWomen EMEA Chapter team.

We announced that we’ve been shortlisted in both the ‘Data Centre of the Year’ and ‘Colocation Provider of the Year’ categories at the Electrical Review and Data Centre Review Awards.

ICE03 named "Data Center of the Month"

Capacity Media travelled north to visit our Icelandic campus, ICE03, in Akureyri. Based on our abundance of renewable sources, our experienced workforce, cool climate and connectivity we were awarded with Data Center of the Month!
