Hello all,
Welcome to another edition of the weekly digital workplace and future of work newsletter. This past week was rather quiet in terms of major updates from different vendors and providers.
However, I presented the latest findings from the ISG Star of Excellence Research program in a webinar last week. The Star of Excellence program goes deep into the enterprise client experience with their IT/BPO service providers. I talked about the difference in the level of client satisfaction and experience for different IT services. Providers offering Digital Workplace services received an above-average CX score from their clients compared to the overall CX score for all ITO services.
In addition, the research also highlighted that generative AI, the most hyped technology of present times, received the lowest CX scores compared to all other emerging technologies. More details here:

Atlassian acquired Rewatch
Atlassian announced acquisition of an AI-powered virtual meeting solution provider, Rewatch. More details here:
Rewatch is a great addition to Loom-enabled asynchronous communication capabilities Atlassian has acquired. It is often useful for users to jump to the relevant sections of a virtual meeting recording than rewatching the whole thing. With Loom and now Rewatch, these capabilities can be extended to individual recorded videos as well.
Deloitte and Canva partner in Australia
德勤 has partnered with Canva in Australia to offer joint services and solutions to help clients in the region. More details here:
This is the first-of-its-kind alliance I have seen between a service provider and a visual content design-focused solution provider, such as Canva (please help me in case I have overlooked a similar partnership!). This shows that Canva's scope goes beyond helping to create appealing business content and now extends to providing productivity and collaborative work solutions. I am very excited to see the results of this partnership!
That's all for the week, folks! Please feel free to share your thoughts and feedback in the comments below. Please feel free to share it with anyone you think would be interested in the content.
Thank you so much for your consistent support!
