Atlassian Confluence Comparative Review
Confluence on the cloud is practical and simple to operate. people with out much technical skill and individuals with a large amount of technical knowledge can quickly understand it. What I most people like about it is that it kind of has a
Facebook or a social media kind of sense to it but includes all the functionality to manage a high profile project. The unification into the Google's many useful tools has brought some other key features like single sign on from Google Accounts. which is very convenient and helpful to the user for many reasons. Anything to battle tedious problems and long hours is good in anyone's book. The cost is great for not only new businesses but starting up companies as well as private designs. This is surely a fan favorite amongst many individuals if you notice you need to work together during a team project doing various projects, Confluence is a necessary buy.

Pricing
Pricing small teams 10$ per month or 50$ per month for growing teams very simple and affordable for a program of this kind.
Most programs of this nature go for a hundred dollars or more just to the base plan. So they get an A plus in my opinion for that.
Pro's and cons
Confluence's management module provides users with a centralized repository to use and search the most relevant content according to your specific project requirements. So all in all the system lets managers restrict access to certain data and check
data within closed groups.
The task management feature gives managers the means to delegate, watch and track changes to specific work given to certain people.
the task management feature gives managers feedback with statuses on tasks that completed, impending or overdue.
one of the cons is every time go you there, there is a new widget to use. It's very difficult to go through them all to find out if it is worth getting. In my opinion, Atlassian should maybe consider sending recommended notifications of tools that might fit the needs of the user based on their usage pattern.
Confluence with JIRA to track any part of development. it has great Editing Controls for formatting and an over all better reading experience. you can create a personal page, allowing you to control access. some other useful features of this program include Integration with JIRA and Hipchat, Export pages, Meeting notes etc.
Confluence is incredibly powerful and there's so much you can do. But it pretty difficult to keep structure within a big Confluence instance where everyone would be allowed to create spaces.
Over all, there seem to be far more pros than cons not too many people seem to be dissatisfied with the functionality of this product and its overall everyday use. Everyone who uses it for its intended purpose seems to agree with the company's idea when creating this tool so if you're looking for a good business tool this one maybe for you!
