Delray Beach, FL – Gary Broidis, Principal of Delray Beach-based Atlantic Commercial Group, Inc. recently completed the $9,200,000 sale of the approximately 50,000 square foot office buildings, located on Federal Highway in Boca Raton, Florida.

?Mr. Broidis has been exclusively handling the Hidden Valley Executive Office Buildings for the past two (2) years and recently sold the buildings, located on three (3) acres, on behalf of the out-of-state owners. The buildings are located on a prime commercial corridor that is continuing to attract tenants from the local market as well as from all areas outside of Florida as there is continuing increase in demand for small office spaces in the Boca Raton market area. The recent property sale represents the first time this property has changed hands since 1982. Per Mr. Broidis, "The new owners are planning extensive renovations to the exterior of the buildings and parking areas along with the common areas within both buildings.
