Atlantech Online, Inc. Lights 1900 N Street in DC Central Business District

Enables Tenants to Access High-Speed Internet and High Definition Phone Service at a Fraction of the Cost

January 2, 2020 - Atlantech Online announced today that they have installed fiber into the Washington DC Central Business District’s newest signature building, 1900 N Street, NW. This adds another Class A office building to the Atlantech Online portfolio of "lit" buildings in downtown Washington, DC. Ethernet service, which can deliver bandwidth options of 100 Mbps, 1 Gbps or more, is already available in over 200 other Class A office properties in Bethesda, Silver Spring, and Rockville as well as many buildings in Northern Virginia and Washington, DC. By bringing fiber into the property and adding it to its regional fiber ring, the tenants of 1900 N Street can take advantage of high-speed Internet access at attractive price points when compared to currently available telecommunication circuits. Additionally, tenants will be able to enjoy flat rate business phone service delivered via Atlantech’s fiber network and also its Hosted PBX and CloudConnect services.

"We have a commanding presence in suburban Maryland and Northern Virginia and are now working towards offering this valuable service to many in demand addresses in downtown Washington, DC," stated Ed Fineran, President of Atlantech Online. "In real estate, location is everything. 1900 N Street is in the CBD but also at Dupont Circle. Just as having an address at a Metro station increases value, being located on a fiber artery gives a building a huge competitive advantage and provides tremendous value to tenants," continued Fineran.

If your company is a tenant at 1900 N Street, NW or is planning on re-locating to the recently revamped property, please give us a call today for a consultation on your telecom requirements and how Atlantech Online can best meet them.
