“The Future Of International Sports Dispute Resolution Post Pandemic"
Jeffrey Benz is an accomplished international and domestic commercial arbitrator and mediator, with a focus on entertainment, sports and technology. He is a former General Counsel of the US Olympic Committee, former boxing promoter and manager, former counsel to independent film producers and directors, and former athlete; and he is one of only 400 Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) arbitrators and mediators worldwide. He is also a JAMS panelist, and is dual qualified as a Barrister in England and Wales, and Lawyer in the USA. He has BA and MBA degrees from the University of Michigan and a JD degree from the University of Texas School of Law.
Following the presentation and Q&A session, we will also address other AtlAS Business, and our outstanding upcoming fall program.
