ATC is holding an Internal Audit workshop
ATC Chief Executive Officer
Raisa McNab, Chief Executive Officer at the Association of Translation Companies
On 28 February, ATC Certification are holding an Internal Audit workshop to help you learn how to get the maximum value from your internal audits. Whether you have an existing Quality Management System or are just starting your ISO journey, we can give you key skills to plan, schedule and implement your internal audit programme.
Focusing on small to medium enterprises, our ATC Certification training is specifically designed to meet the particular needs of language service providers, so the workshop will be applicable and useful for you.
Internal audits form part of the requirements of ISO 9001 certification, but beyond that, when implemented well, can add enormous value to your business and support continual improvement.
Our auditor Sam Somerville - who is part of the ATC Certification team - will teach you how to gain the maximum benefit from your internal audits, report your findings and establish requirements for follow up activities.
You will also learn different techniques to identify risks and opportunities, and the benefits of checklists and sampling.
As well as being a member of our ATC Certification team, Sam has over 12 years of auditing, training and Quality Management implementation experience in a range of industries and settings.
Sam is an International Register of Certificated Auditors (IRCA) certified Lead Quality Auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 18001.
