At-Home Teeth Whitening: Does it Work?

When I was a little girl, I had buckteeth and I hated my appearance. To make matters worse, I was constantly teased by my friends and called “Little Rabbit.”

My mother felt my pain and knew how much it meant to me to have a beautiful smile. So when I turned 14, she scripted scrimped and saved and found a way to afford braces for my teeth. Some people may see an improvement quicker than I did.

Over a matter of weeks, however, I started to see a small improvement in the color of my teeth. I might have had quicker results had I used the gel every single day. But I got busy and let life get in the way. Whitening takes at least one hour a day. You can do it while you work, clean the house, get ready to go out, watch television, or whatever. You just have to make the time.
