That’s how we like to think of our Asset Performance team here at EQT. Like astronauts…. In an ever-changing environment, the team is constantly looking to evolve in the way we work and be on top of our game. “Automation and adaptation”, is how hiring manager Chris Ciccone explains it.
As a senior talent acquisition specialist at the United States' largest producer of natural gas, I am always on the lookout for the best talent in the industry. Our company is committed to innovation and creativity, and we are excited to announce four openings within our asset performance team. But it doesn't stop there. The team has grown to become close-knit, often spending weekends together with friends and family. And for those concerned about not being in the Pittsburgh area, don't worry! The team meets once a quarter to collaborate and bond.

Meet Chris Ciccone, the hiring manager behind our 3 open Asset Engineer roles. Chris has been with EQT since the beginning of his career, starting as an intern in 2010. Since then, he has worked his way up to manager status. Impressive, right?
When I asked Chris what has kept him at EQT for so long, his response was simple: the people. Chris values the collaboration, friendship, culture, and support that he receives from his colleagues.
