?Who may become a member?

Astana Hub members have the following requirements:

1. to?be?a legal entity;
2. absence of any branches and other separate structural subdivisions, with the exception of representative offices, at the moment of application;
3. not to be an organization realizing (having realized) an investment priority project, as well as an investment strategic project;
4. not to be a legal entity with fifty or more percent of shares ownership?directly or indirectly by the state, national management holdings, national holdings and national companies or their subsidiaries
5. not to be a subsurface user or a participant of a special economic zone;
6. not to be an excise tax payer;
7. Carry out one and (or) several priority activities in the field of information and communication technologies, as well as within one priority activity carry out one and (or) several activities stipulated therein

?What are the obligations of the Technopark member?

1) Make quarterly payments to Technopark on the income obtained in the amount determined by the agreement

2) Provide reports on project implementation

?What is required?

1) application form

2) for non-resident legal entities - a document confirming state registration in the country of non-resident incorporation, indicating the state registration number (or its analogue);

3) electronic copies of documents confirming the authority of the person acting on behalf of the applicant when submitting the application, if such person is appointed by the applicant;

4) business plan of the project, which contains information in accordance with the attached file

5) information on the location where the applicant plans to operate. In case the applicant's location changes, it shall immediately inform the Technopark about it;

6) Information on the number of non-residents and residents planning to be involved in the project (estimated number and period).

Within 10 working days, the application shall be considered, and if satisfied, an agreement shall be concluded.
