Job??Responsibility
01. Monitoring KPI process with the company?
02. Design KPI of all company's members based on business target.??
03. Conduct training on KPI awareness process
04.Always coordinated?with HOD and Line manager regarding team member KPI process Development.?
05. Periodically report preparation on KPI and submit to company management
06 Working on overall?KPI based PMS.?

Educational Requirements:??Masters Or MBA In HRM?from any public University.
Training : KPI & PMS
Experience Requirements:? 4 to 5 year(s) experience.??
