Scope: - International Sales and BD

KEY DELIVERABLES

?Market Penetration Strategy:

  • Develop tailored marketing strategies for different regions to ensure effective product promotion and brand recognition.
  • Initiate daily communication with potential clients to establish strong relationships and foster business opportunities.

Commercial Negotiations:

  • Conduct negotiations with business associates to secure favorable deals and partnerships, ensuring mutual benefit and sustainable growth.

Product Management:

  • Oversee product registrations and re-registrations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements in target markets.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets set by management through strategic planning and execution.

Reporting and Coordination:

  • Ensure timely submission of sales reports, payment details, and rolling plans to facilitate informed decision-making by management.
  • Coordinate with customers to understand their requirements, scheduling data-wise plans for optimal product planning.

Customer Development:

  • Cultivate new customer relationships by promptly responding to inquiries, providing tailored offers, and aligning quality parameters with technical specifications.
  • Maintain proactive communication with existing and potential customers to ensure timely orders and delivery schedules.

Marketing and Sales Objectives:

  • Achieve marketing and sales objectives by planning, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and penetration drive campaigns.

Regulatory Compliance:

  • Liaise with regulatory teams to stay informed about government policies, regulatory procedures, documentation requirements

Functional Competencies: -

  • Understanding of Intermediates and API products as well as associated documentation.
  • Handling of key accounts and demonstrated growth in the same.
  • Ability to collate data from various sources for market research reports
  • Ability to close the leads with firm orders and on-time payments.
  • Well-versed in MS office and internet search tools.

Behavioral Competencies: -

  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work in collaboration with various functions to provide in-time delivery to the customer and well as resolution of queries.
  • Good presentation and analytical skills

PERSON PROFILE: -

Educational Qualifications: - Graduate in any discipline with a preference for science or pharma graduates. Management qualification is desirable but not a must.

Relevant Experience: - Proven track record of marketing APIs in International markets. Preference to candidates having developed key accounts.
