The APS PDBR Register

The Association for Project Safety [APS] has launched a Principal Designer Building Regulations (PDBR) register so practitioners can demonstrate their competence to carry out the new dutyholder role created under the Amended Building Regulations England and in accordance with PAS 8671. Employing someone on the APS PDBR Register will also allow clients to show they are complying with their duties under the law.

?Signing up for the APS PDBR Register means you can demonstrate to clients and contractors that you have the competence to carry out the principal designer building regulations duty holder role created by the Amended Building Regulations England

There will be two parts to the APS Register – to reflect competence relating to non-HRBs and HRBs (Higher Risk Buildings).

This register is available to members and non members. Read more about it here.
