Kia Davis

Kia?has been involved in the Association World for over a decade and has worked for a number of different organizations covering the areas of Programming, Sponsorship, Event Marketing, but most of her career has been spent in the Membership arena. Kia is a graduate of Hampton University and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Media Communications as well as a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion certification from the University of South Florida.

Vy Le, CAE

Vy Le has invested over fifteen years of professional experience in the nonprofit and association sector and is currently leading the Linguistic Society of America membership portfolio. Before this role, Vy spent the majority of her career working in different associations in Australia across the agricultural, education, and health industries. Her experience expands in all aspects of a nonprofit organization, including communications, policy, marketing, project management, business development, operation, governance, and membership. She is passionate about equal opportunities for all genders, especially in leadership and education provision.

Kerri L. McGovern, MPP, CAE

Moderator:?Natasha Bethea Goodwin MS, CAE

Natasha serves as the Senior Director of Marketing and Membership at the Information Technology Industry Council (ITI). In her role, she establishes the strategic direction for ITI’s brand awareness and membership activities. Natasha is dedicated to helping young professionals and women embrace their potential by unlocking their sense of competence, confidence, and value in the workplace. Her career highlights include being honored as a 2018 Forty Under 40 Award recipient by Association Forum and a 2019 ASAE Diversity Executive Leadership Program (DELP) Scholar.
