A common thread emerged across the survey responses that made one thing clear: the landscape of member engagement and learning preferences is evolving, and embracing innovation will be the most effective way to adapt. The Big Five Insights

1) MEMBERS ARE OPEN TO AI (WITH CONDITIONS)

Professionals are comfortable with AI generated content as long as they can trust it is reviewed by or based on content from an expert.

2) ZOOM FATIGUE IS REAL. COMMUNITY PLATFORMS?ARE THE ANTIDOTE.?

Community platforms are rising in popularity, and even coming close to being as favored as in-person interactions.

3) LINKEDIN LEARNING ISN’T A BIG THREAT

As far as online learning platforms go, association leaders don't need to fret about LinkedIn Learning.

4) MEMBERS PREFER BLENDED LEARNING

Members prefer educational experiences that mix live interactions and independent learning.

5) CONTINUING EDUCATION IS IMPORTANT,?BUT NOT EVERYTHING

While still an important element, continuing education may not be as strong a differentiator as many association leaders believe.
