Q: Can you tell us about your journey into engineering?

A: My journey began over 30 years ago, driven by a fascination for machines. I joined The Westin Maldives Miriandhoo Resort in 2018 as part of the pre-opening team, starting as an electrician and gradually gaining expertise across various engineering areas.

Q: What inspires you in your role at The Westin Maldives Miriandhoo Resort?

A: Each day presents new opportunities to learn and excel, making work both enjoyable and fulfilling. Furthermore, the inclusive and diverse culture at The Westin Maldives Miriandhoo Resort has significantly contributed to my personal and professional development. Engaging with people from different cultures has allowed me to forge friendships from across the world and gain exposure to diverse perspectives when approaching challenges.

Q: Beyond work, what interests and passions do you pursue?

A: Exploring new places and diving into the melodies of old 80's & 90's English & Hindi songs bring me immense satisfaction. Cricket is my go-to sport, reflecting my love for team spirit and sportsmanship.
