A Desire to Make a Difference

A Desire to Make a Difference

"To All Corporate Connections" ~ As the prior founder and President of United Children's Books Foundation Orlando, Florida, (A legally registered 503c entity) I assisted families with toys for Christmas, in conjunction with Bally's and Bank of America Corporate.

In my current line of work (Criminal Investigations), I have become increasingly aware, of so many homeless children and or children in struggling households and wish to be in a position to assist.

I am seeking to direct a new foundation or outreach program, (or outreach program directly affiliated with a corporation), with the help of corporations, hospital systems, law practices, etc.. My idea is, that the program would be a last resort program, beyond local social services, to assist children in our country or a particular state or region.

There exist children, whose parents are doing everything possible, but are simply in need of a job connection, a safe or better place to stay, the blessing of an inexpensive used car to get to work, clothes, a one time month's rent to prevent eviction, a payment to the electric to prevent termination, etc.. Are any of these things really beyond the reach of any corporation, hospital system, law office, etc.?

All applications for assistance would require birth certificates and social security cards of each recipient and vetted. Funds for emergency rent or payment for an electric payment would be sent directly to the property management or utility company and all records maintained for audit.

It is my hope, that this message reaches the right person or persons here on LinkedIn and that maybe together, we can make a small difference in the lives of many, one person at a time. I have the desire, ability and knowledge to direct the program, but require the Corporate Humanity Muscle.

As former President of United Children's Books Foundation, I did what I could for five years, with limited outside donations. I tried each year to expand the outreach funds to also assist families for Thanksgiving, however when I posted for donations, responses were limited. I also stated in my post, that United Children's Books Foundation was a legally registered 503c corporation with the State of Florida, but still, silence, sad.

The idea came to me now and again, to throw this out here on LinkedIn, for a much grander and immediate response. Years have past since my posts on behalf of my foundation and this is a new generation here on LinkedIn, so let's see what happens.

It is my hope, that someone on this site with compassion, the desire to help and bless others and the corporate status to make this happen, will please step forward and message me.

Together, we can make a difference for as many children and on the edge families as possible here in the United States, on behalf of your corporation.

Have a Blessed Day~

Thank you, Etienne Chaney
