If you're new to The Assistant Room, you may not know that we were founded by Jessica Gardiner, one of Londons top Executive Assistants to UHNW CEOs, Entrepreneurs and Founders working across fashion, healthcare and property. In 2016 she established The Assistant Room as the first lifestyle platform for our industry globally and over the last 6 years has developed the most diverse and inclusive platform for business support professionals from the perspective of someone who actually gets it.

Under Jess's guidance we are always looking to push the boundaries of what's possible for assistants at every stage in their career.
