Assistant Restaurant Manager - Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills

Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills is looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the food and beverage team! This is an amazing opportunity to not only join one of the world's largest hospitality companies but also one of the most diverse and renowned restaurant groups in the world.

This Forbes 5-Star property has 170 rooms, 6,300 square feet of banquet space, and 4 food and beverage outlets. This includes 2 restaurants, lobby lounge, and in-room dining.

In this role, you will assist in overseeing The Rooftop by JG managing a team of 50+ and reporting directly to the Restaurant General Manager. The Rooftop by JG, a Jean-Georges Vongerichten restaurant, offers panoramic views of the city skyline serving American classics for lunch and dinner.

The ideal candidate will be a driven leader with passion for delivering unforgettable experiences, a desire to continue learning and growing in the industry, and a talent for inspiring others. At least 1-2 years of food and beverage leadership experience within upscale and high-volume restaurant is required. Prior union management and hotel experience are a plus.
