Assistant Restaurant Manager - Arizona Biltmore, a Waldorf Astoria

The historic Arizona Biltmore is looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the signature restaurant, Renata's Hearth! This luxurious resort reopened in last year after undergoing a $70M renovation to include the re-concepting of the restaurant.

Located in the heart of uptown Phoenix since 1929, this gorgeous 39-acre property has 707 rooms, over 200,000 square feet in banquet space, and 8 food and beverage outlets. This includes 2 restaurants, 2 pools, 2 bars, a cafe, and in-room dining.

In this role, you will assist the Restaurant General Manager in overseeing Renata's Hearth managing a team of 20-25 hourly team members. Renata's illuminates the ancient artistry of Latin cuisine using the freshest ingredients with dinner service seven-nights a week

The ideal candidate will be a driven leader with excellent wine, cocktail and food knowledge; a passion for delivering exceptional experiences; and a talent for training and developing others. At least two (2) years of food and beverage leadership experience within upscale restaurants is required. Prior management and hotel experience are a plus.
