I rushed to predesignated gate & access SOP drill got over, I was inside the office where barely anyone was present. Closed doors & I found myself alone. I identified the right door no. & entered the room. One table, One+One Chair, Pencil, Scale, Eraser, One Huge white board, Board Marker, Duster, A Wired phone, Electric Kettle & a Laptop with Ethernet wire.

Exactly in 45 minutes Dr. Das entered the room & sat exactly opposite to me & asked ……..i am sure that you have read the instructions. My spot reply was……YES Sir. Dr.Das subjected the instruction book to shredder.

Dr. Das wrote on the board a room number & asked to visit that room. He suggested to read the different books in the sequence, to know about how different economies are adopting some business models & scaling it up for economic benefits of country. I found it very academic & followed. This exercise took a couple of 365 days & I got fed-up & frustrated. I tried my best to find Dr. Das, but no luck. At the end I wrote on the board…….. Dr. Das How to meet you?

In 10 minute, someone slipped a printed message “Pls enter lift & press number X”. Without wasting a second, I rushed to lift & pressed X. I reached a place having a lot of controls & large multi screen wall. One of the screen was on, showing my location on some unfamiliar Map.

Another screen, automatically got switched on, having a message …….

“Can you define a business model, that can work for you, the way you want?”

Again a set of Instructions below that……

I murmured almost in my mouth, I need a break……… & message flashed ………..Pls take a break & when you feel like, come back. I pre-scheduled myself for next day & message flashed …………see you tomorrow morning. I was feeling ………. How to switch this connection off.

Again slipped into Dreams. Got up & took a bath, had dinner & started roaming ………thinking how to switch off…………no answer.

Early morning, access drill over & I got into the lift , pressed X & there I am. Message on one screen, Welcome. I already counted my basket for “Business Models” that can work for me. I questioned upfront

What is the motive of this business model?

What we want to gain out of it?

Which geography is target? So on & so forth…………

Where you are not the owner. Investors are ready to invest to become partners by investing as low as 2000$ to 8000$ but they are owners of business. Our motive is to find the “unknown” without investing. Model needs to be from the globalization perspective, solution should be catering to vulnerabilities of cross border including military and commercial domains.

I started preparing outline of it ……….One platform where all can hook on ……… Cloud like, which Is having presence in almost all geographies with legal presence for operations. Almost all geographies of my interest have telecom providers become my backbone through 2G,3G,4G, VoIP & VoLTE. Set of apps that help my end customers to connect to these partners/service providers. like Travel apps, Social Interaction platforms, Local travel Apps, Professional Career Apps, etc

My business model is almost ready………..

My Question to screen: What is this Unknown?

I was Bang on the target…………….I floated the model

Framework is on Cloud for residing all the services…………….Smartphones became my HHD & HMI to locate & track anyone………..without signing with their original credentials they cannot use my services. In the Apps, I provisioned for collaborative access of all apps in one or many HHD, from anywhere. All the masses, using any service of my Platform will leave the history or footprint.

Within minutes, Dr. Das appeared & shook his hands. Congratulations Recruit, your assignment is over. You are now transferred as public asset. Your access to this place will end by 1700hrs, today.

My assignment is complete. Synopsis

·       I am able to work in any geography.

·       I am able to track (Financial data + Travel details + Socio-Economic factors)

·       I am able to know the details of the places (start-to-end)

·       I am having database of the classified places (including landmarks)

·       Precise Map generation (daily, I am adding millions of location with pics)

·       I am able to manage all the Cyber or Geo-spatial laws of any country.

·       I have investors in my business, yet I don’t own this business (All App based business)

·       I am able to contribute to growth of that geography where my business model is running (by generating employment opportunities).

·       Logs of the activities is re-packaged & re-sold to those geographies ( Like Maps, information & Services)

I am part of commercial public system for making this business model more sustainable. I am sustaining a business which sounds unheard, Simple, scale-able & enable us reaching the Unknown & Sensitive. I work for technology & not fall in the category of Economic Espionage.
