This week we will present the Soft skill “C04 - Persuasion”, defined as "Ability to put together and present materials, suggestions, solutions in order to capture the interest of the interlocutors”.
with the exploration of these three soft skills “Relational Orientation - Verbal Communication - Negotiation”
We will start from an example of application from a few months ago with a group of students in a Masters in Development and Management of Human Resources, from a French university, in the class of 25 students, the professor chose, among the Assessment proposals, this ability to allow their students to highlight their strengths and the areas of improvement necessary for some of them on some of the three individual skills included in this Assessment, to allow them to become aware of their own level to subsequently make them more effective in their interactions.
?He had noticed during his lessons, some difficulties in verbal communication, negotiation and relationship management skills in his students and I identify among the various proposals of the www.timetomind.global platform, the ability/softskill "Persuasion" as the most useful at that time for the development of this class.
?Following an online meeting to present the tool, each student underwent the "Persuasion" assessment, everyone received their own personalized profile, and a class report was produced for the class, shared with the class. The first training intervention was the sharing of the Essential guides on the soft skills covered by the Assessment, to the whole class.
Useful tool to then facilitate the training interventions necessary for the class itself by the teachers involved.

These seven skills can also provide an initial orientation for young people facing the challenge of their first job or are already new hires.
