A is for Assess

You don't know, what you don't know - so let's start with changing that.

Performance readiness starts with knowing HOW your team is doing.

  • How is their wellbeing?
  • Do they feel effective and committed?
  • Do you know what is working for them - and what isn't?

You will no doubt have some indications of what is boosting and lowering the Form of your team - but asking them directly - is a great way to ASSESS how they are.
