Believe in yourserlf. Our philosophy of work is based on self-awareness, self-discipline and the strive for excellence. We trust you to do your best so we all do great together.

Bias for action. If something has to be done, do it NOW instead of later. Earn the trust and loyalty of your colleagues and partners every time you say yes and do it now. 

Set goals. Every goal you set seeds a new world of possibilities. Set clear, ambitious, foolish goals. Break them into months and weeks and days and hours and minutes. Follow your mission!

High standards. Set high standards for yourself and your team. Focus on great work, speed and results. The desire to “raise the bar” is infectious. Once you are used to it, you can never go back. 

Be agile. Your most precious resource is time. Invest it wisely. Focus on things that have a 10X return on your effort. Focus on the OUTCOME! 

Learn to listen. Listening is an art. Listen to your customers, listen to your teammates & listen to your leaders. Learn to listen and listen to learn. 

Take risks. Do things that make you uncomfortable. Take a small risk every day. The compound affect of these small risks will make you powerful beyond measure. 

Step-by-step ferociously. Aim big but focus on NOW. What are you going to do next? Focused small steps have an exponential return. Keep moving forward. 

Give first. Build relationships with a “give first” mindset and you will always have great relationships. If someone asks you for something, look at it as an opportunity. Always give first!

Ask more often. The math of asking is simple and brilliant: if you ask, you will get it. If you don’t ask, you’ll never know. Whether inside or outside the organisation, when you need something from someone: always ask. Let them decide whether they will say yes or no. 

Teams. We have team leads but no managers. Every team has a clearly-defined mission and key results. Your success is directly proportional to your team. 

Connect more. Always be making connections between your circle of friends & teams to create wins for everyone. You win when others win!

Say No. Often. You’re always willing to contribute to someone else’s mission but that doesn’t mean you lose focus. Stay generous, but stay focused. Follow the plan, achieve your goals. 

Be grateful. Take nothing for granted. Stay humble. Be grateful. It will keep you grounded and your success will be built on a solid foundation. 

Nothing beats success. Success is having a Growth Mindset. Every passing day and week, are you learning new things? Are you thinking, planning, executing and leading better? Are you achieving more results with less effort? Are you growing your network of friends and colleagues? Success is simply this: a new, powerful you. 

Customer obsession. We exist to serve our customers. Get to know them, love them and take care of them. Find ways to bring simplicity, beauty and joy to our users and partners with everything you do.
