Aspire Cambridge secure it’s Gangmaster Licence
Independent recruitment agency Aspire Cambridge Ltd expanded into the food production industry after being awarded a Gangmaster Licence (GLAA) on 21st March 2019.
Aspire Cambridge, crowned “The Best Recruitment and HR Solutions Provider in England” is said to be thrilled having secured vital accreditation to sign up workers for fresh produce firms.
Aspire Cambridge already supplies staff to some of the UK’s biggest supermarkets and retailers, and the supply chain logistics, transport, industrial and manufacturing sectors and now aims to supply temporary, permanent and volume food production and processing personnel, including fresh produce growers, pickers and sorters, packaging, processing and production workers, quality assurance staff, hygiene operatives, team leaders and supervisors in the UK’s sectors.
A GLAA licence ensures workers in the agricultural, horticultural and shellfish industries are protected.
