It’s been a decade now since ENL Property has been welcoming trainees and interns in its various departments. Today, we are glad to introduce ASPIRE, our traineeship and internship programme designed to support young graduates and students who are keen to learn about the real estate industry in their career development journey.

  • We welcome an average of 10 trainees per year.
  • 51% of our past trainees were women and 49% men.
  • 7 college students joined us for job shadowing (stage d’observation) between November 2022 and March 2023.
  • 12 university-level trainees decided to make their careers at ENL Property and are still amongst us today, 3 of them are managers in their fields.

“I was a Masters student in urban governance and politics at Sciences Po in Paris, and I was searching for an internship to validate my last year. I found an opportunity at ENL Property in Mauritius, where I helped the operation department of Moka Smart City in their day-to-day operation works. Thanks to the support and guidance of my team and manager, I learned to work on many projects simultaneously, and deal with several aspects of a city's life. Now that I’m back in France, my internship at ENL Property remains an experience that I will always cherish.”

The best part for me was going on site, seeing the work in progress on residential blocks, meeting construction workers, and understanding how the property industry works globally.”
