Asking for Help

We have a packed newsletter this week for you and hope you've had a fantastic week! I've been continuing to reflect on the sheer amount of turbulence and chaos happening in the world right now especially here in the UK. I've talked to a few people this week who have either deleted news apps off their phone or are refusing to watch any news on TV. It seems to me, the news is creating a constant flow of negativity and fear. As leaders, we have to focus on what we can do to bring about positive change in the world and to inspire those in our communities to do the same.

Yesterday our WLA team spent the day together mapping out our new vision, our values and direction for the business. I love that future thinking work - setting a new course to reflect the shifting dynamics of great leadership.

Asking for Help

Today I'm sharing a video with you about why asking for help can be so hard and what you can do. You'll find details below. And I'd also like to ask for your help. WLA Doors are OPEN!??

For this weekend only (well we?close doors Monday 24th October at 9pm) we are opening our doors to join the WLA membership. If you've been considering joining us for some time, then now is that time. Every year when we review the achievements of our members, something awesome happens...

Our members go out into the world to make a massive difference. Take Claire who decided to step up her visibility on LinkedIn and ended up moving to Switzerland to take on a new role in a new company AND got a promotion within 9 months of joining! Or another Claire, who won a ton of awards a couple of weeks ago (something she NEVER thought possible a year ago). Or to Charlotte who decided to push herself out of her comfort zone and landed a director role in her company (the WLA has changed her life).
