“Asking for help isn’t giving up; refusing to help is.”

When we seek assistance, we demonstrate humility and a willingness to learn. It’s a sign of strength, not weakness. By reaching out, we acknowledge that we don’t have all the answers and that collaboration can lead to better outcomes. A matured leader will always help you by giving a direction and will help you succeed. Handholding makes your directs grow as parasites. You direct them and govern them, that way you track their progress and make sure that they succeed by keeping them on track.

On the other hand, refusing to help when we’re capable, perpetuates a cycle of isolation and self-centeredness. It denies others the chance to grow and thrive. True empowerment lies in lifting each other up, sharing knowledge, and fostering a supportive community. Remeber one grows as they allow others to step in their shoes.

So, let’s embrace the courage to ask for help and the generosity to offer it. Together, we can create a world where assistance is freely given, and no one feels abandoned or alone. The feeling of left over, not heard makes a person act impulsive due to insecurity and fear. Look up to your peers who feel left out and unheard. Respect ones emotions and try to understand their perspective. Downplaying anyone is cowardness.
