Asking Better Questions and Getting Better Results

In working with lots of companies on their retirement plans, we have been able to identify pretty quickly the solutions and tactics that it would take to improve their situation. However, this is only possible if we ask the right questions.

My February article on InvestmentNews is about 4 questions we commonly ask companies related to their target date funds. The reason we ask these questions is because we want to get better results for their employees, which will hopefully translate into an employee population that is more prepared for retirement.
