What is a Sales Progressor?
“My role is primarily after sales care. Once the sales team have agreed?the transaction between the vendor and purchase of a home, I liaise with all parties including conveyancers, mortgage consultants and surveyors to ensure that the deal moves forwards at a steady pace and deal with any issues should they arise.”
What is your day-to-day role?
?“I deal with approximately 70 to 80 cases at any one time, so I am definitely very busy! My days usually consist of many calls and emails, whether that be to the purchasers, conveyancers or mortgage consultants, giving the best customer service possible.”
Can you tell us about some of your recent successes?
“My pipeline conversion is always at a very high standard and the area I operate in regularly finishes within the top of pipeline conversions in the central region. At the end of last year, I was recognised by Mio as ‘Sales Progressor of the Year’ which was lovely.”

How does your role assist with the wider branch network?
“My role enables the teams in the Kent region to be able to take on new viewings, list new properties and chase leads, and not have to worry about the aftercare once a sale has completed. It’s a fantastic and unique position to be in as our Listers always know I am on hand to help with anything they need.”
What issues do your customers have and how do you help solve them?
“Every case I deal with will have its own strains and it’s my role to reassure and find solutions for our clients, whilst moving the case forwards to a successful ending. I am often asked why I do my job, it’s really simple. I am passionate about helping everyone move and genuinely care about every single one of my clients as it is so worthwhile seeing them achieve their dream move.”
What do you offer to your customers that others don’t?
“I would say my extremely high level of customer service. I also have really great, longstanding relationships with our B2B clients such as solicitors and conveyancers so I can always contact them whenever I need to and I know how they work. In the majority of cases, I become friends with the customers as they see how much care I take and invariably end up with excellent reviews online as a result.”
