Ask, You're Worth It
Steve Nash
Our goal is to grow the net worth of our clients by employing investment strategy that has worked well historically
There is an old saying about business that is often used in the investment banking world. "Fortune follows the bold". In case after case I have heard stories throughout my business career about people asking for a raise, a promotion, a project, a new product launch, a sale, a deal, funding or more company resources. And in a lot of cases those who are bold or perhaps in the habit of asking often get what they desire. Not always, but often.
So if you are the type to not ask, but instead wait to be asked maybe it's time to shift gears and ask for what you want instead. Perhaps it is time to try boldness. If your work is full of merit you'll likely get what you're asking for. If not then you will learn something about improving your work or making changes to your work role or environment.
It is entirely possible that asking could change a great deal in your life.
