Why do bad things happen to good people? Sometimes life doesn't make sense and we are left searching for answers. Instead of asking 'WHY!' we should be asking 'what?'... More specifically, 'What is God up to?'. So often God shows up and uses tragedy to create love, servant leaders, character, experience and unity. Some of our most valuable experience and stories in our lives are a result of God carrying us through the fire. When you find yourself going through a fire in life hang tough, seek God, ask 'what?' and have a blessed weekend!

I can testify that more gain comes from loss. While it’s hard going through the fire it’s our relationship with the One who brings us through that trial that causes us to move beyond the scars that moment brings. Thanks for this great message. God is Faithful even when we can’t see through the Smokey view of the blaze!
