• What if we did nothing? Evaluate risks and benefits of inaction to decide if immediate action is needed.
• What options did we miss? Challenge biases, assumptions, and explore all alternatives by engaging diverse perspectives.
• How will we measure success? Set measurable goals, benchmarks, and track progress for accountability and clear direction.
• Can we reverse this decision? Assess flexibility and plan for adjustments if needed. Build contingency plans for adaptable decision-making.
