Should I try yoga?
The short answer is - "Sure. Why not?"

Would you be doing yoga in lieu of another form of fitness?
Are you hoping to become more flexible?
In general, yoga is a fantastic way to embed fitness with mindfulness. It's a unique form of exercise that blends physical intensity with spiritual meditation. In that regard, there may be nothing better for you.
But if your goal is to work out each day, build muscle, or lose weight, yoga may not be the best ongoing answer.
But trying yoga? You certainly should!
