Become a Sponge

I deeply admire when an entrepreneur (even a veteran), perks up with excitement when given any kind of advice. The open-mindedness to other opinions is a very beneficial, and underappreciated trait to possess. Take the feedback and the criticism, thank the naysayers, and move on. The fact is, that some of that negativity is really constructive comments disguised in emotions or jealousy.
