This isn’t about being a killjoy. Love happens! A good policy strikes a balance—acknowledging human connections while ensuring professional boundaries. Office romance happens; however, it is important to address it and have policies and boundaries clearly defined in order to protect you and your company as well as your company culture and reputation. Be proactive and direct.
