Before I became an editor, I was a senior manager on LinkedIn's SRE team, so I know what I'm talking about. Mostly. (Check my profile if you don't believe me.)
What's something you always wanted to ask your manager, but couldn't, or someone in the industry at a different company? 7 年Hi, Greg: what are the mandatory capabilities or personalities you think for a "good" software engineering manager? Will software engineers be hard to transfer their skills and all the domain knowledge is industry-specific esp. in the fast-pace generation?
