What should attendees ask you at the HR Leaders Summit?

"The purpose of CloudAdvisors is to help employers deliver better healthcare to their employees, and subsequently to Canadian families. I'd love to use this in-person opportunity to show as many businesses as possible how their benefits compare. I truly believe, and we've validated time and time again, that when employers see our platform work they immediately find value in what we're doing.

What are you excited for in the coming year at CloudAdvisors?

"The first one I'm really excited for, and I'm not sure if marketing will let me say this (spoiler alert: we kept it in) is our new Bar Score. We're hoping to launch the new design prior to the conference to let attendees take a first look. We're constantly working to improve the usability, accessibility, and transparency of the platform to further our mission of democratizing access to excellent employer health care coverage. Improving the user experience of our analytics is an essential step in this process, so it's exciting to see things change. If you're at the conference, you can even upload your booklet and we can generate your Bar Score for you right there.

With these new update rollouts, we're also seeing more Provider Partners come to the table with instant quotes for employers to understand and access pricing. In addition, new Advisor Partners are utilizing our services everyday the more accessibility we build into the platform. It's so excited to see the success Group Advisors are having prospecting new business across Canada. This in turn is seeing more clients onboarded to the site, and helping employers literally raise the bar in terms of their benefit plan expectations. Employers are realizing they've maybe been shortchanged in terms of what they can expect for their budget, and health care priorities.

On the same vein, I'm excited to see so many more employers discovering the platform. We've seen some really big, household names discovering CloudAdvisors, requesting access, and converting in no time. It's not only validating, but humbling to know how we're impacting hundreds of employees, and in turn, millions of families, with better health care.

Lastly, I'm really excited about our team. We're expecting to see our team grow this year, and welcome new people to the company as we grow, and scale. Our team is the core of what we do; our culture really drives our mission, our belief in the meritocracy model, and influences how we continue to push our mission forward."
