Ask These 15 Questions To Succeed In 2020
2020 has just started. Yeah! Many of us, like myself, are in the middle of setting goals for the new year. Before doing that, however, we should step back and take some time to reflect. I suggest to thoroughly review 2019 so you can set more meaningful goals for 2020. Below are the self-reflection questions I′m asking myself and which I′d like to share with you:
- What am I most grateful for in 2019?
- What are my main 2019 achievements?
- What can I learn from them?
- What was my biggest 2019 failure? Why?
- What can I learn from it?
- Where did I spend most of my time and energy?
- What did I neglect doing?
- On what should I double down in 2020?
- What does success look like to me this year?
- What is required to succeed in 2020?
- What should I stop, change, or start doing?
- Who can help me? How?
- How best to manage expectations?
- How will I motivate myself and others?
- What′s my personal 2020 motto?
Whether you start with one question or attempt all of them, I recommend you take the time to think in-depth and even write down your answers. That will help to make 2020 a successful and purpose-driven year for you!

It's not very often that we take time to reflect on time gone by. Start of a year, perhaps, is a good time & the article has some great questions.
