ASIS Canada Night Wrap Up & Photos
Many thanks to all our sponsors and supporters of this year's ASIS Canada Night. It was an exceptional event that saw over 1000 attendees coming together at the Lafayette's Music Lounge in Orlando to network and recognize industry peers for their contribution.
Long-time ASIS Canada leader, Bill Bradshaw CPP, announced his retirement from the ASIS Foundation Advisory Board as well as his twelve year commitment as President of ASIS Canada. Bill was presented with the Foundation Award for his contributions, as well recognition from his ASIS Canada family for his leadership and dedication.
Patrick Ogilvie, PSP, CPP, CPO was the deserving recipient of the Ron Minion Award - The Canadian Security Industry Pioneer award is presented to a security professional who has distinguished themselves through contribution to the growth and professionalism in the security industry.
The long-standing tradition of Canada Night's casual and social preconference event has grown tremendously over the years. Canadian hospitality offers the perfect ice-breaker for delegates and vendors to connect and catch up, and because of the changing landscape of the security industry, it is even more important for all ASIS delegates and vendors to have the opportunity to come together to build strong relationships.
Canada Night could not be made possible without the support from our sponsors, or without the committee volunteers whom worked hard into creating this event. We truly appreciate their time and efforts for their tireless planning and dedication.
