Asico Real Estate a prominent subsidiary of Al Suwaidi Investment, has proudly secured a major contract to design and oversee the construction of the Sama Al Jaddaf residential project, located in the vibrant Al Jaddaf area of Dubai.
Valued at AED 90 million (USD 24.5 million), this ambitious development will span 157,441 square feet and is the result of a strategic memorandum of understanding between Saudi businessperson Abdelkarim Al Sayyar and Al Suwaidi Investment Chair, Ahmed Mohd Saif Bukhazmia Al Suwaidi.
The Sama Al Jaddaf project will feature 12 elegantly designed residential floors, offering 108 modern units, including studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments. Residents will enjoy an array of luxury amenities on the rooftop, such as a semi-Olympic swimming pool, an outdoor lounge, and a state-of-the-art gym, providing an elevated living experience in the heart of Dubai.
