SES Reports Another Year of Strong Execution

On 27 February 2023, SES announced its financial results for the past year reflecting strong execution across the business, surpassing our outlook with an impressive 9% year-over-year revenue growth. 


Fourth and Fifth C-band Satellites Successfully Launched

On 17 March 2023, SES-18 and SES-19 satellites were successfully launched by SpaceX’s Falcon 9 rocket from Cape Canaveral Space Force Station in Florida, United States, at 7:38 pm local time. The fourth and fifth – and final – satellites launched are part of SES’s C-band transition plan—aims to clear the C-band spectrum to enable wireless operators to deploy 5G service across the region while ensuring the continuity of uninterrupted TV, radio, and critical data transmission services.
