RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

Non-Profit Environmental Organization     (2017- Present)

Ashton migrated a recently merged, two facility, 120 user non-profit into a single unified network. This required integrating the domain from one organization into the other and consolidating data and files into a coherent structure, agreed upon by the team. Ashton worked with leadership and end users from both organizations to develop a shared collaboration platform, get buy-in from all parties, and then help users to successfully consolidate their data.

This project also included the replacement of all legacy switches, firewalls, and wireless access points to resolve ongoing network connectivity issues, as well as migration to Office 365. 

 

 

Mid-Sized Law Firm                                    (2019 - Present)

Provide ongoing management and support for this Cleveland law firm consisting of 65 users. Practice manager acts as tier one support. Ashton provides security and business continuity solutions, as well as tier II/III support. Migrated firm to MS 365.

Distribution Company                                 (2018 - Present)

Prior to our engagement with this distributor of consumer products, they had rebuked our sales efforts for a year. Then they were hit by ransomware for the third time. Concurrent to that, their internal IT person had developed heart issues. On the day of their third ransomware event, they called Ashton for emergency support and remediation. Since that day, they have had no further security issues, and their internal IT person is back to good health.

Global Manufacturing Firm                        (2017 - Present)

Work with internal IT across numerous locations and various subsidiaries. Continuous briefings and strategy sessions on security and best practices. Security is provided throughout the organization and its subsidiaries. Server maintenance, back-ups, and disaster recovery plan is also given across the organization.

Non-Profit Healthcare Organization          (2017 - Present)

Ashton provides full managed services to this 60-user health services organization at two locations. Ashton monitors all workstations and servers, provides patch management, endpoint security, data loss prevention, help desk, and installation services. Ashton’s backup and disaster recovery solution is utilized and provides hourly snapshot backups of the server environment. 

Ashton has managed the deployment of new workstations, a complete overhaul of the network infrastructure, including new firewall, reconfiguration of switches and a complete revamp of the wireless infrastructure, using Ubiquiti and Unifi hardware. In addition, Ashton has enabled Office 365 two factor security services to better protect against the theft of Personally Identifiable Information (PII).

Multi-State Publishing Company                (2010 - 2017)

Ashton migrated and integrated a multi-state company which originally retained data and applications in each location, with little ability to share the data. Ashton built a Windows Remote Application environment for the client, allowing everyone to access the application using iPads, web browsers, Windows workstations, and Macintoshes. Data for this application was migrated to a central repository so that it could be accessed by all users.

Large Law Firm                                            (2000 - 2019)

Ashton provided managed services to this law firm for 19 years, during which time the firm grew from 30 to 180 employees. Ashton has provided full managed services, on premise staffing solutions, full disaster recovery services, and numerous migration and upgrade projects. We also assisted during their merger with another out of state law firm. Ashton provided monitoring, patch management, endpoint security, DLP, network security and vulnerability assessments, help desk support and system architecture planning. 


Service Level Agreement

We will respond to your help desk support request within one hour. Our goal is to resolve 85% of all help desk tickets within eight business hours. Currently, we stand at 85.88%.
