ASFI Newsletter – May

This National Reconciliation Week, the ASFI team has been reflecting on the 2024 theme: ‘Now more than ever’. ‘Now more than ever’ represents the need to continue Australia’s reconciliation journey and support better outcomes for First Nations people – through treaty making, truth-telling, and actively elevating First Nations voices and lived experiences.

This month, our team attended a thoughtful and engaging cultural capability program hosted by BlackCard . The workshop focused on truth-telling and fostering a deep understanding of issues affecting First Nations communities, with the aim of supporting reconciliation.   • electricity generation and supply;
  • minerals, mining and metals; and
  • construction and the built environment.
