ASD Market Week: A Buyers Guide for March 2025!

Retail world, get ready! ASD Market Week is just around the corner, and it's shaping up to be an extraordinary event for buyers looking to expand their vendor relationships and discover incredible products at unbeatable prices.

As many of you who follow me on LinkedIn know, I have a passion for industry events and retail. Naturally, I'm counting down the days until this 4-day marketplace brings our buyer/seller community together.

HERE'S THE SCOOP!

ASD Market Week is happening at the North, South Lower, and South Upper Halls of the Las Vegas Convention Center from March 9th - 12th, 2025.

A quick heads-up: there’s construction at the LVCC, so make sure to check out the transportation guide to see the best ways to get to and from your hotel and the show! Click Here for Map!

When you arrive at the LVCC, you’ll need a badge to access all halls. There are three strategically located registration areas across different halls, allowing buyers to easily print and pick up their badges. Make sure to review the floor plan to find the best starting point for you and your team.

Be Show Ready!

• Review Your Best-Selling Merchandise: Take detailed notes on your top-selling products, including any feedback from your staff and colleagues.
• Research Upcoming Trends: Investigate upcoming trends, noting price points and merchandise options. Use this time to review the calendar for upcoming holidays and plan how your purchases can boost store profits.
• Plan Your Open-to-Buy (OTB): Avoid getting carried away with emotional purchases and overspending. Set a budget, prioritize essential items that consistently sell well in your store, and allocate some budget for new trends and items that will excite your buyers. • Start your day early! ASD is a large show to get through. Eat a hearty breakfast, wear comfortable shoes, and bring water!
• Walk row by row, floor by floor. You never know what you may find, and you could miss your next best-selling item by skipping a row!
• Don’t be shy. If you see a busy booth, ask what time would be good for you to come back.
