Join us in welcoming Jason Sain as our Chief Operating Officer.? As COO, Jason will oversee company operations and procedures.? He is responsible for the efficiency of the business and manages the departments of IT, Construction Operations, Sourcing, HR, Safety along with co-leading our finance department. ?Jason has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry and has helped organizations reach their goals while building strong teams, relationships and leaders.? Bringing Jason on board, reminds us that the right people come at the right time.? His personal values and mission align perfectly to our purpose.? Jason recently shared, “I am humbled and thrilled to be here serving others in the first ever COO role. ?My goals are to enhance and improve what is already an amazing company with Dignity, Empathy, Generosity and Excellence.”
Jason will be based in our LaVergne, TN office but is involved in business operations company-wide.? He invites you to call him so that he can get to know you!? Jason's family consists of Tracey which they met at Auburn University and have been married for 24 years.? They have 3 daughters and one foster daughter who all live in Nashville.?
