Congratulations to Elisiva Caesar the new Director & Founder of Ascend Recruit ??

Elisiva is highly regarded in the property and development market across Queensland and now the east coast of Australia with her growing customer base of clients.

Elisiva originally started her career in the property market in 2011 working for a privately owned development company then moving into a commercial real estate agency supporting the Director.

Since finding her way into recruitment almost 10 years ago, it's incredible to see her career catapult from a Talent Manager to Senior Consultant, Associate Director and now Director of her own business.

Coming from maternity leave and having some time to reflect on what she wanted most out of her next career move, Eli decided it was time after 9 years to back herself and partner with us at xrecruiter to bring her vision to life ??

You hear of people "hitting the ground running" and think wow they must have had a good start, to put that in perspective Eli is absolutely flying ????
