Her roles with organisations such as Airtel, Titan, Dell, Metro Wholesale, and Lumata UK reflect her adaptability and ability to thrive in dynamic environments.??

Over the years, she has gained valuable insights into the ever-evolving nature of business. Her most enriching experiences have been in E-commerce, Omnichannel, and Traditional Retail—culminating in her role as Chief Marketing Officer.??

Her contributions to the field of marketing have been widely recognized. Aruna was adjudged among the Top 100 Marketing Leaders of India in 2018 and received the Best PR and Communication Professional award by ARDA, USA, in 2019.

Facing Setbacks with Strength -

Eleven years ago, Aruna faced a defining moment when an MNC she worked for underwent restructuring. Despite being a strong performer with two promotions under her belt, she lost her job due to headcount reduction.??

This experience shook her confidence but also gave her time to reflect on what truly mattered. “My family was there to support me all the way. I decided to take a step back, spend more time with my children, and figure out what was next,” she shares.??

During this time, Aruna tapped into her creative side, launching Eersha – Creations that Spark Envy. This jewellery line became a symbol of resilience, supporting the education of the karigars’ children. It was more than just a venture—it was a discovery of passion she never knew existed.

Balancing Roles and Redefining Success? -?

As a corporate professional, mother, homemaker, and independent thinker, Aruna has always believed in self-confidence, continuous learning, and finding joy in work.??

A New Chapter: Vir Tech Consulting

Today, Aruna works as a Management and Marketing Consultant, collaborating with CEOs of established companies and startups. Keeping her consultancy small and selective has given her the freedom to enjoy life—whether it’s travelling, watching a play, or spending time at the club.??

With her children now independent and her husband immersed in his career, Aruna describes this phase as a “honeymoon with time and herself.”
